Uniting The World Through Breaking
BREAKING (aka Breakdancing, or Bboying) is the most ANCIENT & SACRED art form that has ever existed!
It incorporates traditional folk dances from ALL AROUND THE WORLD: Native Americans, Russian, African, Asian, European, and elements of Yoga and Martial Arts.
Also staying relevant in the modern age and blending in Salsa, House, Contemporary, Gymnastics, Tricking, Parkour, etc.
Breaking is without a doubt, a dance that connects the whole world together!
Race and gender, political beliefs and creeds, culture and religions, all is fair on the battle floor.
Me Coaching Breaking at a public school in the Himalayas of Nepal
Me Coaching Breaking @ a Buddhist Private School in the Himalayas of NepalBreaking has gained popularities worldwide over the past decades, especially after the kickoff of the Summer Olympics in Paris 2024. Many global institutions are investing in its potential, but its mainly in the big cities.
This is why I have been coaching Breaking to smaller communities and villages, where it’s not yet known or thriving.
I stand firm in knowing that talents and potentials are everywhere, and everyone needs to have an equal opportunity to expand on it, regardless of their circumstances.
I have been on a mission to spread and reintroduce Breaking worldwide, for over 5 years (over 300+ students taught).
These are are the countries I’ve coached Breaking in so far:
USA, Mexico, Guatemala, Ecuador, Norway, Sweden, Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Nepal, India

How Breaking Improves Mental Health
Breaking is deep-rooted in “Hip Hop”.
Regardless of how the media inaccurately portrays Hip Hop for defamation, political gains, and/or racial discriminations, Hip Hop is officially classified and recognized by both the UN (United Nations) and UNESCO as a movement and cultural heritage of Peace.
According to an article from WebMD, source: https://www.webmd.com/mental-health/what-to-know-repressed-emotions “overall emotional and mental health is directly linked to your physical health. Repressed anger or other negative emotions may be tied to a higher risk for things like: Pain, Depression, High blood pressure, Heart disease, Digestive problems, Infections, Low energy”
Through Breaking and other elements of Hip Hop, these physical activities bring out the best of our innate abilities and artistically express it in a way that not only empower ourselves (our physical and mental health), our communities, our youth, but also not harm anyone in the process (peace).
